Vibrancy projects require strong professional skills in fields such as complex systems modeling, strategic thinking, but are even more demanding at the human level. Working with systems transformation means opening our eyes to other possible realities at the reach of our collective will. From 20 years of working in transformation contexts, with all the methodologies, tools and models I have used, without a doubt, this was the most "natural" approach for me. I identify myself with its principles and tools, and when used in "real life" in organizations, they are highly effective in creating new habits, behaviors, worlds.
